In case this is a silent question people might be asking, let me clear up a couple things I probably neglected to clarify:
1. There is no limit to how many stories you can submit. They'll go into the Featured folder by default, and from there I'll copy them to their respective Author folders. I don't believe in restricting how much people can submit. If it ever gets tedious, well...I'll cross that bridge if I get there.
2. All Contributors may post a blog if they so wish. All I ask is that you keep it relevant. I'm sure you are able to figure out what is relevant and what's not.
